When you first start the POS, you choose the business type “Convenience store, minimarket” and it sets up the following for you. You can change all of it later in Admin.

What you'll find useful

Hassle-free deposits

A deposit can be linked to beer – it is then added automatically and removed again when the beer is removed. Buying back bottles and crates is on a single tile.

Fruit, veg and goods sold by weight

For goods sold by the kilogram the POS asks for the weight, and it also reads barcodes from scale labels.

Cigarettes at the tax-stamp price

Tobacco has a fixed price from the tax stamp, so it cannot be discounted by mistake.

Expiry and what's running low

Best-before dates when receiving goods, an overview of goods that will soon expire, and order suggestions based on sales.

Price labels on the receipt printer

Price labels with the price per kilogram or litre, promotional price and barcode. Select only the goods whose price has changed.

Vietnamese for your staff

Every cashier has their own language – Czech, Vietnamese or English. The customer's receipt is always in Czech.

Grocery plan

CZK 199 a month or CZK 2,149 a year, always incl. VAT. The first 10 days are free in training mode.

Switched on from the start

Stock
Receiving goods, stock counts, stock level on the tile, what's running low and order suggestions.
Expiry
Best-before date on the item card and when receiving goods, alerts for expired goods.
Price labels
Print price labels on the receipt printer, a label printer or A4.
Deposits
Returnable bottles and crates; the deposit can be added to beer automatically.
Scales and weighed-item barcodes
Barcodes from scale labels – with weight or price.
Promotions and quantity prices
Promotions until a set date, a lower unit price from a certain quantity.
Customer display
A second screen for the customer showing the purchase and the QR payment.
QR payments
Bank transfer payment via a QR code on the display and on the receipt.

Table bills for pubs and restaurants: adding items, splitting, moving, kitchen and bar tickets.
Tips
Tips outside sales and EET: who, how much, cash or card; a monthly overview that watches the 7 % limit for tax exemption.

Switch them on in Admin → System → Register features. They are included in the plan price.

Paid add-ons that come in handy

  • Attendance and shifts (CZK 79 a month incl. VAT) – cashiers clock in and out with a PIN, and monthly hours serve as a basis for payroll.
  • Staff control (CZK 69 a month incl. VAT) – voids, refunds, discounts and cash drawer openings per cashier, when several people take turns.
