What's ready as soon as you start

When you first start the POS, you choose the business type “Hairdresser and barber” and it sets up the following for you. You can change all of it later in Admin.

Plus the groups Uncategorised 12 % and 21 %. The VAT (DPH) rates in the groups are only a suggestion – check them with your accountant.

Tiles and sample items

Tabs at the bottom of the sales screen: Hairdressing.

Men's, women's and children's haircuts, wash and blow-dry, colouring and beard trim.

Prices are approximate – you can change them right from the sales screen.

What you'll find useful

Service price list on tiles

Your services are on large tiles – change the price and name right from the sales screen. Ring up a service with one tap.

QR payment and card

Clients pay in cash, by QR code from the display or receipt, or by card on your card terminal.

Selling cosmetics and materials

Alongside services you can sell goods too. Stock and promotions can be switched on in your plan.

Vietnamese for your staff

Czech, Vietnamese and English – everyone uses their own language. The customer's receipt is always in Czech.

Services plan

CZK 199 a month or CZK 2,149 a year, always incl. VAT. The first 10 days are free in training mode.

Switched on from the start

Customer display: A second screen for the customer showing the purchase and the QR payment.
QR payments: Bank transfer payment via a QR code on the display and on the receipt.

You can switch on at any time

Stock: Receiving goods, stock counts, stock level on the tile, what's running low and order suggestions.
Promotions and quantity prices: Promotions until a set date, a lower unit price from a certain quantity.
Tips: Tips outside sales and EET: who, how much, cash or card; a monthly overview that watches the 7 % limit for tax exemption.

Switch them on in Admin → System → Register features. They are included in the plan price.

Reservations and appointments (CZK 99 a month incl. VAT) – client appointments per hairdresser, overlap checks, and you sell a haircut from the booking with one tap.
