What's ready as soon as you start

When you first start the POS, you choose the business type “Stationery and books” and it sets up the following for you. You can change all of it later in Admin.

A4 and A5 notebooks, ballpoint pens, pencils, black-and-white and colour A4 copies, laminating, greeting cards, wrapping paper and bags.

Prices are approximate – you can change them right from the sales screen.

What you'll find useful

Books at 0 % VAT

Since 2024 books have been tax-free. That is why the Books group has 0 %, stationery 21 % and newspapers and magazines 12 % – check the rates with your accountant.

Copying on a tile

Ring up copies and laminating with one tap; enter twenty copies on the keypad with multiplication.

Book and product names by EAN

When you scan an unknown barcode, the POS suggests a name – from the shared SuperKasa database or from the internet.

Stock, even for back-to-school season

Receiving goods by scanning, shelf stock counts and order suggestions based on sales.

CZK 199 a month or CZK 2,149 a year, always incl. VAT. The first 10 days are free in training mode.

Switched on from the start

Stock
Receiving goods, stock counts, stock level on the tile, what's running low and order suggestions.
Price labels
Print price labels on the receipt printer, a label printer or A4.
Promotions and quantity prices
Promotions until a set date, a lower unit price from a certain quantity.
Customer display
A second screen for the customer showing the purchase and the QR payment.
QR payments
Bank transfer payment via a QR code on the display and on the receipt.

You can switch on at any time

Expiry
Best-before date on the item card and when receiving goods, alerts for expired goods.
Deposits
Returnable bottles and crates; the deposit can be added to beer automatically.

Switch them on in Admin → System → Register features. They are included in the plan price.
