What's ready as soon as you start

When you first start the POS, you choose the business type “Florist” and it sets up the following for you. You can change all of it later in Admin.

Plus the groups Uncategorised 12 % and 21 %. The VAT (DPH) rates in the groups are only a suggestion – check them with your accountant.

Roses, tulips, gerberas and chrysanthemums by the stem, small and large bouquets, arranging and wrapping, orchids, succulents, potted herbs, greeting cards, gift bags and candles.

Prices are approximate – you can change them right from the sales screen.

What you'll find useful

Flowers 21 %, plants 12 %

Since 2024 cut flowers have a 21 % rate, while potted plants and seedlings have stayed at 12 %. That is why the POS sets them up as two groups – check the rates with your accountant.

Bouquets in a few taps

Flowers by the stem, bouquets and arranging are all on tiles. Enter seven roses on the keypad with multiplication and change prices right from the sales screen.

Stock

Receiving goods, stock counts and an overview of what's running low – for flowers, plants and gifts.

Price labels

Price labels on the receipt printer, a label printer or A4, including the promotional price.

Shop plan

CZK 199 a month or CZK 2,149 a year, always incl. VAT. The first 10 days are free in training mode.

Switched on from the start

Stock: Receiving goods, stock counts, stock level on the tile, what's running low and order suggestions.
Price labels: Print price labels on the receipt printer, a label printer or A4.
Promotions and quantity prices: Promotions until a set date, a lower unit price from a certain quantity.
Customer display: A second screen for the customer showing the purchase and the QR payment.
QR payments: Bank transfer payment via a QR code on the display and on the receipt.

You can switch on at any time

Expiry: Best-before date on the item card and when receiving goods, alerts for expired goods.
Deposits: Returnable bottles and crates; the deposit can be added to beer automatically.

Switch them on in Admin → System → Register features. They are included in the plan price.
