What's ready as soon as you start

When you first start the POS, you choose the business type “Drugstore and household” and it sets up the following for you. You can change all of it later in Admin.

Plus the groups Uncategorised 12 % and 21 %. The VAT (DPH) rates in the groups are only a suggestion – check them with your accountant.

Tiles and sample items

Tabs at the bottom of the sales screen: Drugstore, Household.

Bags. You scan the goods with a barcode scanner – the POS suggests the name and photo from the barcode, or you import them from a CSV.

Prices are approximate – you can change them right from the sales screen.

What you'll find useful

Names and photos by EAN

When you scan an unknown barcode, the POS suggests a name and photo – from the shared SuperKasa database or from the internet.

Price per 100 ml and 100 g

The pack size is filled in from the name, and the price label shows the unit price required by the Czech Price Act.

Stock

Receiving goods by scanning with the purchase price, shelf stock counts and order suggestions based on sales.

Promotions and quantity prices

Promotions until a set date and a lower unit price from a certain quantity, with the old price crossed out on the label.

Shop plan

CZK 199 a month or CZK 2,149 a year, always incl. VAT. The first 10 days are free in training mode.

Switched on from the start

Stock: Receiving goods, stock counts, stock level on the tile, what's running low and order suggestions.
Price labels: Print price labels on the receipt printer, a label printer or A4.
Promotions and quantity prices: Promotions until a set date, a lower unit price from a certain quantity.
Customer display: A second screen for the customer showing the purchase and the QR payment.
QR payments: Bank transfer payment via a QR code on the display and on the receipt.

You can switch on at any time

Expiry: Best-before date on the item card and when receiving goods, alerts for expired goods.
Deposits: Returnable bottles and crates; the deposit can be added to beer automatically.

Switch them on in Admin → System → Register features. They are included in the plan price.
