Paid add-ons

The plan includes everything for everyday selling. When you need more, you add only the add-on you will really use – at the same price for every type of business.

Attendance and shifts

Cashiers clock in and out with a PIN on the POS. You see the hours worked per day and per month and can download a report for payroll.

Free during the trial

During the 10-day trial you can try all add-ons for free. No commitment – you only pay for what you switch on, and you can switch an add-on off again at any time.

Switch add-ons on in Admin → System → Register features.

Prices are per month incl. VAT and are paid on top of the plan (CZK 199). Per year, an add-on is 10% cheaper. Eat in / Take away selling and tip records are free in the plans; they are not paid add-ons.

Rent or buy

Rental

You pay monthly (CZK 199) or yearly (CZK 2,149), always incl. VAT. The licence is valid until the paid-up date, it does not renew automatically, and you get updates for the whole rental period.

One-off purchase

You pay for the POS once and use it with no time limit. Updates are included until a date you choose when you buy. Price on request.

10-day free trial

A new POS runs free for 10 days in training mode. You can sell, print and set up everything you need, but receipts are marked as training receipts and are not sent to live EET. Live EET only works with a paid licence.

After the trial ends, the POS shows warnings for another 7 days; then, without a licence, it stops new sales. Your data stays.

When payment ends

Sales and EET keep running for another 30 days with a clear warning. Then new sales stop, but receipts, closings, refunds and data export keep working. Your data stays with you.

Frequently asked questions

Is the price final?

Yes, CZK 199 a month and CZK 2,149 a year are prices including VAT.

Does the price include a computer, printer or scanner?

No, the price is for the POS software. You get the Windows computer, receipt printer, barcode scanner and, if needed, scales or a customer display yourself. We're happy to advise on what is suitable – what you will need.

How many devices can I use?

Every plan includes 2 POS devices – for example the till and a tablet for receiving goods. More devices are available on request.

What are paid add-ons and how much do they cost?

Add-ons add features beyond the plan: Attendance and shifts (CZK 79), Loyalty programme (CZK 69), Reservations and appointments (CZK 99), Recipes and portion costing (CZK 79) and Staff control (CZK 69) – per month incl. VAT, 10% cheaper per year. All are free during the 10-day trial. No commitment: you only pay for the ones you switch on, and they are unlocked by the same licence key as the plan. Add-ons overview

How do I pay for and activate the licence?

After ordering, you receive a licence key and enter it in the POS (Admin → System → Licence). The POS verifies it even without internet.

Does the rental renew automatically?

No. The licence is valid until the paid-up date. After you pay for the next period, you receive a new key. If you don't enter it, the POS keeps running for another 30 days with a warning.

What happens to my data if I stop paying?

Your data stays on your computer. After 30 days with a warning, new sales stop, but receipts, closings and data export keep working.
