We take nothing from your sales, and you don't need a terminal from us. Card payments go through your own card terminal from any bank; customers can also pay in cash or by QR code.
SuperKasa runs on an ordinary Windows computer; you connect another POS window or a tablet over the shop network. Two devices are included in the plan at no extra charge – for example the till and a tablet for receiving goods.
The POS and your data are right there on your premises. If the internet goes down, you keep selling, and sales are sent to EET as soon as the connection returns. A backup is made every day.
Czech, tiếng Việt and English – each cashier has their own language and switches it with one button. The customer receipt is always in Czech.
Receiving goods by scanning, stock counts and order suggestions in every plan; for shops also expiry dates and price labels on the receipt printer. Add attendance, a loyalty programme or reservations only if you want them. Add-ons
For comparison: according to their public price lists, plans of typical POS systems that cover what a convenience store needs (thousands of items, stock) cost roughly CZK 600–1,200 a month incl. VAT. Add-ons such as attendance or stock are often only in the most expensive plans. With SuperKasa, stock is included in the plan and you switch on add-ons one by one. As of October 2026; prices may change.
From 1 January 2027, EET 2.0 (electronic sales registration) begins, and in food service the rules for tips and VAT (DPH) change. SuperKasa handles this within the plan price.
The receipt is saved immediately and sent to EET in the background. If the internet goes down, the POS keeps retrying and doesn't hold up sales. Getting started with EET 2.0
You record tips outside sales and EET – who gets them, how much, cash or card. The POS watches the 7% limit for tax exemption and prepares a monthly summary for payroll.
From 2027, soft drinks and coffee served on site are taxed at 12%, take-away at 21%. On the POS you switch between Eat in / Take away and the receipt uses the correct rate.
Check dates and conditions with the Financial Administration (Finanční správa) or your accountant. How it works in the POS
