What's ready as soon as you start
When you first start the POS, you choose the business type “Gym and sport” and it sets up the following for you. You can change all of it later in Admin.
Tiles and sample items
Tabs at the bottom of the sales screen: Entry & passes, Training & classes, Supplements.
Single entry, student and senior entry, 10-visit pass, monthly pass, personal training, group class, protein bar and protein drink, water and isotonic drink.
Prices are approximate – you can change them right from the sales screen.

What you'll find useful
Entry 12 %, classes 21 %
Entry to the gym and sports facilities is set up at 12 %, classes and training with a trainer at 21 %, supplements at 12 % and drinks at 21 %. The rates are a suggestion – check them with your accountant.
Entry and passes on tiles
Ring up an entry, a pass or a class with one tap, and change the price right from the sales screen.
Stock of bars and drinks
Stock is switched on: receiving goods, stock counts and an overview of what's running low.
QR payment and card
Customers pay in cash, by QR code from the display or receipt, or by card on your card terminal.
Services plan
CZK 199 a month or CZK 2,149 a year, always incl. VAT. The first 10 days are free in training mode.
Switched on from the start
- Stock
- Receiving goods, stock counts, stock level on the tile, what's running low and order suggestions.
- Customer display
- A second screen for the customer showing the purchase and the QR payment.
- QR payments
- Bank transfer payment via a QR code on the display and on the receipt.
You can switch on at any time
- Promotions and quantity prices
- Promotions until a set date, a lower unit price from a certain quantity.
- Tips
- Tips outside sales and EET: who, how much, cash or card; a monthly overview that watches the 7 % limit for tax exemption.
Switch them on in Admin → System → Register features. They are included in the plan price.
A paid add-on that comes in handy
- Reservations and appointments (CZK 99 a month incl. VAT) – personal training and class appointments per trainer, overlap checks.
Add-ons are paid separately on top of the plan and are free during the 10-day trial. All add-ons in the price list
Good to know: A pass is sold as an item – the POS does not track remaining visits or memberships.
