What's ready as soon as you start

When you first start the POS, you choose the business type “Café, bistro, stand” and it sets up the following for you. You can change all of it later in Admin.

Plus the groups Uncategorised 12 % and 21 %. The VAT (DPH) rates in the groups are only a suggestion – check them with your accountant.

Espresso, cappuccino, caffè latte, tea, hot chocolate, soup of the day, daily menu, filled baguettes, toasties, cakes, gâteau slices, homemade lemonade, mineral water and juice.

Prices are approximate – you can change them right from the sales screen.

Quick sales

Coffee, cakes and meals on large tiles. No stock tracking, so you ring up an order in a few taps.

Customer display

Customers see what they are paying for and can pay by QR code from the second screen.

Promotions until a set date and prices from a certain quantity, such as cheaper takeaway coffee.

Stock, deposits and tables when you need them

If you want to keep track of stock, buy back bottles or serve at tables, switch on stock, deposits or tables and bills in the Food service (Gastro) plan.

Eat in / Take away and tips

One switch sells eat in or take away – the receipt uses the correct VAT rate and the price stays the same. Tips are recorded outside sales and EET, and the POS watches the 7 % limit for tax exemption (from 1 Jan 2027). Both are included in the plan price.

CZK 199 a month or CZK 2,149 a year, always incl. VAT. The first 10 days are free in training mode.

Switched on from the start

Promotions and quantity prices
Promotions until a set date, a lower unit price from a certain quantity.
Customer display
A second screen for the customer showing the purchase and the QR payment.
QR payments
Bank transfer payment via a QR code on the display and on the receipt.
Tips
Tips outside sales and EET: who, how much, cash or card; a monthly overview that watches the 7 % limit for tax exemption.

You can switch on at any time

Stock
Receiving goods, stock counts, stock level on the tile, what's running low and order suggestions.
Deposits
Returnable bottles and crates; the deposit can be added to beer automatically.
Tables and bills
Table bills for pubs and restaurants: adding items, splitting, moving, kitchen and bar tickets.

Switch them on in Admin → System → Register features. They are included in the plan price.

A paid add-on that comes in handy

  • Recipes and portion costing (CZK 79 a month incl. VAT) – how much coffee, milk and meal ingredients you use, and the cost price and margin of every drink.

Add-ons are paid separately on top of the plan and are free during the 10-day trial. All add-ons in the price list

Good to know: Serving guests at tables? Have a look at the Pub, bar, restaurant setup with tables and bills. Selling mainly cakes and ice cream? Then try Patisserie and ice cream. Soft drinks and coffee served in a café, pub or restaurant have a 21 % rate until the end of 2026 and 12 % from 1 Jan 2027. Take-away stays at 21 % – switch Eat in / Take away on the POS and the receipt uses the correct rate. During setup the POS uses the rate valid on that day – check it with your accountant.
